At Loops SR LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

Loops First Order Guarantee

We want you to love Loops. If you’re trying Loops for the first time and don’t notice a meaningful difference, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

•⁠  ⁠This must be your first Loops order
•⁠  ⁠No more than 10 filters may have been used
•⁠  ⁠Proof of purchase is required
•⁠  ⁠Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show signs of abuse, excessive use, or fraudulent activity.

Refund approval is granted at the sole discretion of Loops SR LLC.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Loops SR LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Used or opened products are generally not eligible for return, except under the Loops First Order Guarantee described in point number one. 
• Sale items (all sale items are final sale)  
• Gift cards

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item, please return your product and place a new order.

9. Abuse & Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

10. Chargebacks

By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
